Hello, I am Lauren! Being born and bred in the Highlands, I feel deeply connected to the area and the community. While my adventurous spirit saw me spend my young adulthood travelling and a large part of my life living on the Northern Beaches NSW, I am so happy to have made the move back to the Highlands, finding myself once again at “home”. After many years of working a busy corporate lifestyle, I decided it was time for a career change that allows me to give my best self where I feel truly called. Being a part of the team at Unlock Health, I am able to do what I love most; making genuine connections with people, supporting and empowering them to take charge of their health from the inside out.
