Unlock Health Chiropractic – Bowral & Riverwood, NSW
Payment, Credit & Financial Policy
At Unlock Health, we believe in making your care easy, flexible, and transparent. Guided by our core value of “Put People First,” this policy ensures your payments and account credits are handled fairly, respectfully, and always with your health outcomes in mind.
1. Payment Options
We offer three clear and flexible payment options:
1. Per-Visit Payments
- Pay at the time of each appointment.
- Accepted methods: EFTPOS, credit/debit card, or cash.
2. Installment Plans
- Spread the cost of your care into smaller, regular installments.
- Payments can be made by direct debit or over-the-counter.
- Ideal for structured care plans or long-term programs.
3. Bulk Purchase / Account Credit
- Pre-pay for a block of visits or keep a credit balance on your account.
- Provides convenience, peace of mind, and supports your ongoing care journey.
2. Account Credits
- Use of Credits: Credits can only be redeemed for chiropractic-related services at Unlock Health. They cannot be used for retail items, products, or supplements.
- Family Use: Credits may be shared or transferred within the same immediate family but cannot be transferred to unrelated individuals.
- Keeping a Balance: Many clients prefer to hold a positive balance for future visits — we respect this choice and will honour your credits to support your best health outcomes.
3. Inactive or Neglected Credits
- If your account has been inactive for 36 months (no visits or use of credits), your balance will be considered “inactive.”
- Before writing off inactive balances, we will make reasonable attempts to contact you using the details you’ve provided.
- If contact cannot be made, the credit will be removed from your account in line with NSW and Australian law.
4. Outstanding Accounts Owing
- Payment for services is due at the time of appointment unless you are on an installment or bulk credit plan.
- If your account falls into arrears, we will contact you to arrange settlement.
- Any account that remains unpaid after reasonable follow-up may be referred to a debt collection service.
- Additional costs incurred through debt recovery may be passed on to the account holder.
5. Refunds
- If services cannot be delivered as agreed, you are entitled to a credit or refund under Australian Consumer Law.
- Otherwise, credits are not refundable for cash.
- If you choose to close your account, any valid remaining balance will be applied to chiropractic services or refunded as legally required.
6. Vouchers & Promotional Offers
1. Vouchers and promotional offers advertised on our website, social media, or marketing materials are:
- Single use only
- Not redeemable for cash
- Non-transferable to others
- Valid for one per person
- For new clients only, unless otherwise stated
2. Vouchers cannot be combined with other promotions or applied to past services.
3. Unlock Health reserves the right to withdraw or amend promotions at any time.
7. Our Responsibilities
- Keep accurate, transparent records of all payments, credits, and promotions.
- Provide reminders about unused balances before they become inactive.
- Follow up outstanding accounts in a respectful and professional way.
- Always act in line with NSW and Australian consumer and healthcare laws.
